Agreement and Acceptance

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Heart Rate Hero mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Dad-Link Tech. By using Heart Rate Hero, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

About Heart Rate Hero

Heart Rate Hero is a wellness and fitness application developed by Dad-Link Tech that allows users to monitor their heart rate using their iPhone's camera technology. The App is designed for:

  • Wellness Monitoring: Track heart rate for general wellness purposes
  • Fitness Tracking: Monitor heart rate during exercise and activities
  • Health Insights: Provide AI-powered insights based on heart rate data
  • Personal Records: Store and analyze heart rate history locally on your device
Not a Medical Device

User Accounts and Registration

Heart Rate Hero is designed to work without requiring user registration or account creation. However, you may choose to create an account for enhanced features.

Account Creation (Optional)

  • Creating an account is optional and not required for basic app functionality
  • If you create an account, you must provide accurate information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Account Responsibilities

  • You are solely responsible for all activities under your account
  • You must keep your login credentials secure and confidential
  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
  • One account per person - sharing accounts is not permitted
Privacy Protection
All your heart rate data is stored locally on your device by default. Account creation only syncs basic preferences, not your personal health data.

Permitted Use

You may use Heart Rate Hero for the following purposes:

License Grant

You may NOT use Heart Rate Hero for:

  • Commercial Use: Selling, licensing, or distributing the App
  • Reverse Engineering: Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

  • Data Misuse: Attempting to access other users' data or violate privacy
  • System Abuse: Overloading, disrupting, or damaging the App's systems
Consequences of Prohibited Use
Violation of these prohibited uses may result in immediate termination of your access to the App and potential legal action.

  • Local Storage: All your heart rate data is stored locally on your device

User Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dad-Link Tech from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Any content you provide to the App
Legal Limits

Termination

Termination by You

Effects of Termination

Since your data is stored locally on your device, termination of the App does not automatically delete your data. You can manually delete data through your device settings.

Assignment
